Comprehensive Wealth Management Fee Schedule
We believe in clarity and fairness when it comes to how we’re compensated. That’s why we use a tiered flat-fee model—so you know exactly what you’re paying for our guidance, and there are no surprises.
Your annual fee is based on the total value of your invested assets that we manage, and it includes full-service financial planning, investment management, retirement income strategy, and proactive tax coordination.

Once your fee reaches $20,000, it stays there—no matter how much your portfolio grows. That’s part of our commitment to fair, sustainable pricing.
Fees are calculated on an annual basis and billed quarterly based on your unique billing cycle.
As part of our ongoing relationship, we meet with you up to three times per year to review your plan, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure your strategy continues to align with your goals. If any updates to your fee are warranted, we’ll discuss them transparently during one of these review meetings so there are no surprises.
Fee adjustments may occur if your financial situation becomes more complex—such as adding new accounts, incorporating real estate or business planning, or expanding the scope of services we provide. We believe in proactive communication and will always walk you through any changes before they take effect.
Annuities & Life Insurance
In certain cases, we may recommend annuities or life insurance as part of your retirement income strategy. When we do, we may receive a one-time commission paid directly by the insurance company. We will always disclose when and how we’re compensated, so you can make fully informed decisions.
Even when a commission is involved, our guidance remains rooted in the fiduciary standard of care—putting your best interest first, without exception. These products are not billed under our AUM structure, and there are no ongoing fees charged by us. If we’re managing your portfolio, we’ll continue to guide you on how these tools fit into your broader income and planning strategy—with full transparency and integrity.

First Meeting – Discovery & Vision
In our first meeting, we’ll explore what truly matters to you. By delving into your core values and personal goals, we’ll create a clear picture of your ideal future. By the end, you’ll leave feeling inspired and empowered, ready to use your financial resources to start shaping your dream life.
Second Meeting – Get Organized
Before we meet, please gather your current financial information and share it through our secure link. This step helps us understand your starting point. Together, we’ll review your assets, liabilities, income, and expenses, and identify any potential obstacles. We’ll then set up a cash flow plan that aligns with your values and goals.
Third Meeting – Strategy Session
With a complete view of your financial picture, we’ll explore various strategies to help you achieve your goals. During this session, we’ll address your key financial questions, discuss risk management, and consider different planning options. After reviewing the plan together, we’ll listen closely to your feedback and make any necessary adjustments. If needed, we’ll schedule additional sessions to ensure everything is just right. There’s no rush – we want to make sure the plan fits perfectly with your vision.
Fourth Meeting – Implementation and Welcome to the Family!
We’ll present a tailored financial plan and outline the steps to put it into action. We’ll discuss investment principles, your risk tolerance, and how to align your funds with your goals. You’ll be ready to start implementing these strategies and moving towards a fulfilling future.
Final Working Meetings – As Needed
After setting your plan in motion, we’ll check in periodically to review your progress and address any questions or concerns. We’re here to support you and will schedule additional meetings as needed to ensure you stay on track and achieve your financial goals.
Trimester Meetings
Building on the foundation we established in the first year, we move into an ongoing planning phase with three meetings each year. This schedule allows us to monitor and adjust the details of your financial strategy as your life and priorities evolve. By meeting regularly, we deepen our understanding of your needs and ensure that your financial resources are aligned with what matters most to you.
Throughout the year, we’ll also proactively review important planning and investment details through email to keep everything on track and address any changes.
