Comprehensive Wealth Management Fee Schedule

We believe in clarity and fairness when it comes to how we’re compensated. That’s why we use a tiered flat-fee model—so you know exactly what you’re paying for our guidance, and there are no surprises.

Your annual fee is based on the total value of your invested assets that we manage, and it includes full-service financial planning, investment management, retirement income strategy, and proactive tax coordination.

Annual Fee Structure

On assets up to $1,000,000On assets between $1,000,001 and $2,000,000On assets over $2,000,000
1.00% of the total value
(Example: $1,000,000 = $10,000 annual fee)
$10,000 + 0.75% of the amount over $1,000,000
(Example: $1,500,000 = $13,750 annual fee)
$17,500 + 0.40% of the amount over $2,000,000
(Example: $2,700,000 = $20,300 — but we cap fees at $20,000)

Minimum Annual Fee: $6,000
Maximum Annual Fee: $20,000

Once your fee reaches $20,000, it stays there—no matter how much your portfolio grows. That’s part of our commitment to fair, sustainable pricing.

Fees are calculated on an annual basis and billed quarterly based on your unique billing cycle.

As part of our ongoing relationship, we meet with you up to three times per year to review your plan, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure your strategy continues to align with your goals. If any updates to your fee are warranted, we’ll discuss them transparently during one of these review meetings so there are no surprises.

Fee adjustments may occur if your financial situation becomes more complex—such as adding new accounts, incorporating real estate or business planning, or expanding the scope of services we provide. We believe in proactive communication and will always walk you through any changes before they take effect.

Annuities & Life Insurance

In certain cases, we may recommend annuities or life insurance as part of your retirement income strategy. When we do, we may receive a one-time commission paid directly by the insurance company. We will always disclose when and how we’re compensated, so you can make fully informed decisions.

Even when a commission is involved, our guidance remains rooted in the fiduciary standard of care—putting your best interest first, without exception. These products are not billed under our AUM structure, and there are no ongoing fees charged by us. If we’re managing your portfolio, we’ll continue to guide you on how these tools fit into your broader income and planning strategy—with full transparency and integrity.

Plan & Protect | One-Time Planning Engagement

Meet Susan, 62

Susan is about to retire after a long, fulfilling teaching career. She has a modest pension and a $700,000 403(b), and while her husband has his own advisor, Susan wants a financial plan that’s just for her.

She’s seeking guidance on when to claim Social Security, how to structure her withdrawals to minimize taxes, and whether she can afford to help her daughter through graduate school without compromising her own retirement.

✔ Susan pays a one-time planning fee of $3,000
✔ She receives a personalized retirement income plan, Social Security analysis, and tax-smart withdrawal strategy
✔ Susan continues to manage her investments on her own, but now she does it with clarity and confidence

Partner & Prosper | Comprehensive Wealth Management

Meet Carla & James, early 60s

They’ve worked hard, raised a family, and saved well—about $1.9 million in IRAs and brokerage accounts. But now, as they prepare for retirement, the questions are piling up: What’s the right asset mix? When should they claim Social Security? How do they turn savings into income without running out too soon—or paying more in taxes than necessary?

They’re ready to delegate the heavy lifting and partner with a team that will guide them year after year.

✔ With $1.9M in assets, their annual flat fee is $16,750, calculated as:
$10,000 + 0.75% of the amount over $1M
✔ They receive:
– Personalized portfolio management
– Ongoing tax coordination and RMD guidance
– 2–3 strategy meetings per year
– A clear withdrawal strategy to reduce tax burden and increase peace of mind

Steward & Sustain | Complex Financial Planning

Meet Marisol, 68

Marisol is a retired entrepreneur with several rental properties and a thriving small business. But she’s ready to simplify. She wants to sell her rentals, transition out of her business, and create steady, tax-efficient income without the headaches of property management.

She also wants to update her estate plan and ensure her wealth supports both her lifestyle and her legacy goals.

✔ Marisol pays a one-time flat fee of $8,000 for a detailed transition and retirement income plan
✔ Her plan includes real estate exit strategies, capital gains tax mitigation, Roth conversion analysis, and charitable giving considerations
✔ At Marisol’s request, we introduce her to one of our trusted estate planning attorney partners and accompany her to the first meetings to ensure she feels supported every step of the way.
✔ Later, she chooses to engage us for ongoing planning and investment management under our capped AUM fee model
